Our jackets are cut close to the body in the tradition of English country tailoring — shaped through the chest and waist, with a flared skirt designed for movement in the saddle.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up to preserve ease of movement when riding, and re tailoring/alteration for a custom fit.
Gentlemen — Our cut is broad through the shoulder with a clean taper to the waist.
If you carry your size across the shoulder and chest, size accordingly and allow the waist to follow.
Ladies — Our fit follows the natural female silhouette.
If your chest and waist measurements fall into different size brackets, size to the larger measurement and consider re tailoring/alteration for a custom fit.
Young Riders — Childs sizes are guided by height and chest measurement.
Growing room has been considered in our cuts, but we recommend measuring fresh each season.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the product is faulty or does not match the description.
All items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of refund, exchange or credit request.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used across any items in our collection.
Sale Items
All sale item purchases are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered on any item purchased at a discounted or promotional price. Please choose carefully.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and your order details.
Faulty items will be assessed and resolved in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General Care
Our riding jackets are crafted from the finest British wools, tweeds, and woven cloths — materials that reward careful handling and improve in character with age.
Please take a moment to read these instructions before cleaning or storing your jacket.
Cleaning
Dry clean only. We strongly recommend professional dry cleaning for all jackets in our collection.
Take your jacket to a reputable dry cleaner experienced in handling fine wool and tailored garments,
and always point out any specific marks or areas of concern before leaving it in their care.
Do not machine wash
Do not tumble dry
Do not bleach
Do not wring or twist the cloth
For minor surface marks between cleans, a soft damp cloth applied with light pressure is usually sufficient.
Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
Pressing & Steaming
Your jacket should be pressed with care using a cool to medium iron with a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric at all times.
Never apply a hot iron directly to the cloth.
A handheld steamer is the gentler and preferred option for refreshing the jacket between wears —
particularly effective for releasing light creases and restoring the cloth's natural drape without risk of damage.
After Riding
After wear, allow your jacket to breathe before storing.
Hang it immediately on a broad, shaped wooden hanger —
never a wire hanger, which will distort the shoulder and undermine the structure the jacket has been built around.
If the jacket is damp from weather or exertion, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight before hanging in the wardrobe.
Never accelerate drying with a heater or tumble dryer.
Brush the cloth gently with a soft natural-bristle clothes brush after each wear, working in the direction of the weave.
This lifts surface debris, maintains the cloth's appearance, and extends the life of the fabric considerably.
Storage
Store your jacket in a breathable cloth garment bag — never plastic, which traps moisture and can damage fine wool over time.
Keep it in a cool, dry wardrobe away from direct sunlight, which will fade even the most carefully dyed cloth with prolonged exposure.
For long-term storage, use cedar blocks or lavender sachets to deter moths naturally.
Avoid direct contact between the cedar and the cloth itself.
